Order and Delivery

If your tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received anything, please follow these steps:

Shipping is completely free — all delivery costs are covered by Lumin Lights.
Returning
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. View our return policy →
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
